When is an order sent?

Preparation generally takes 1–2 business days after authorization. Estimated carrier movement adds 4–6 business days after dispatch, excluding weekends and applicable holidays.

Do you take non-defective returns?

Yes. New and unused non-defective products and new defective products can qualify, and exchanges are accepted. Request the review within 30 calendar days after delivery under the Refund Policy.

What label should I use?

After approval, use the free prepaid label included with the package and the confirmed return destination. There is no restocking fee.

How soon does a refund start?

We process and initiate it to the original method within 10 days after approval. The receiving bank may post it later.
