Delivery, returns and exchanges

The Shipping Policy explains preparation and transit as separate estimates. The Refund Policy accepts returns of new defective and non-defective merchandise and accepts exchanges when a request is made within 30 calendar days after delivery. A non-defective return must be unused. For an approved mail return, use the free prepaid label packed with the item; no restocking fee is assessed.
