Shipping Policy

From order to dispatch

After successful payment authorization, allow about 1–2 business days for order preparation. Carrier transit is a separate estimated 4–6 business days once dispatched. Weekends and applicable holidays are excluded from those business-day estimates, and delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Address and shipment updates

We ship within the United States. Checkout determines the available service and charge from the address supplied. Check the street, unit and ZIP code carefully. Tracking may appear before a physical carrier scan.

If tracking stalls or an item arrives damaged, retain the item and package and write to poxacaj874@gmail.com with the order number, carrier reference and relevant photographs. Return options are described in the Refund Policy.
