Return or exchange window

A return may be requested for either defective or non-defective goods, and exchanges are accepted, within 30 calendar days after the package is delivered. Merchandise must be new. A non-defective item must additionally be unused and remain in original condition.

First get return instructions

Contact poxacaj874@gmail.com with your order number, purchase email, item and requested outcome. Photos help assess damage or an incorrect shipment, but a qualifying non-defective return does not require evidence of a defect. Do not mail the parcel until approval and the return destination are confirmed.

Prepaid mailing and resolution

Your package includes a free prepaid label for an approved mail return. Tell us if it is missing or damaged before sending anything. No restocking fee applies. An exchange is subject to the replacement being available. We process and initiate an approved refund back to the original payment method within 10 days; bank posting may require additional time.

Nothing here reduces mandatory consumer protections.
